$1500 per ROOM plus GST

We guide you through the entire decorating process, from furniture selections to choosing art and accessories through to styling your space.

Corine and Caroline will come and visit your home. We’ll talk challenges, ideas, colour palettes and decorating goals. Guiding you through the entire decorating process, from furniture selections through to styling your space.

How it works

We will set up a 15 minute discovery call to discuss your needs and concerns for your space. Here we will book a time for your In-Home Consultation.

During the In-Home Consultation you get to pick our brains about your project, we discuss ideas and challenges for the space. We then go away and brainstorm ideas and come up with a custom design furniture and styling plan for our space, you get up to three rounds of changes.

We co-ordinate and organise deliveries of your furniture, accessories and art and fully style your room for you.

Pick my brains

The Investment:
$495 + GST
Any additional work will be charged at $135 + GST p/hour

This is the ideal service to get all of your general questions about your project answered, from paint colours, furniture placement and any general advice or assistance you may need to get your project up and running.

It allows you to take advantage of our experience and expertise in the interiors world. It’d during this session that we usually explore options that you may not have thought of yourself.

  • Access to us for 7 days after our consultation

Book a discovery call via email or phone.

We meet on site or via Zoom. We discuss opportunities, ideas, potential and anything you have listed down to chat about. This is the perfect time to get all of your questions answered and start working towards a plan to get your project started.

You have access to us via email or text for seven days after our initial consultation to discuss any ideas we have missed and not discussed.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Property Styling cost?

We do not have any fixed pricing, as the pricing will vary depending on the size of the property, namely the total number of rooms to be styled. As a guide our pricing starts anywhere from $2,000 up to $30,000. Our main objective is that you get the return on your investment. Your home could reach 10-20% more in value than an empty house or one which has not been properly furnished.

How long does it take to style a property?

The final installation can take anywhere from 3 to 6 hours, depending on the size of the property and the ease of access.

Can I use some of my own furniture in a styled property?

This is what we call Partial Property Styling. For vendors that can’t move out during the sales campaign, our Partial Styling, which utilises some of your furniture along with our key pieces to elevate the look and appeal of your home.

What are the payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit to lock in our booking with the balance due upfront prior to your installation.

How long before I sell my property should I engage White Picket Interiors?

We recommend at least 2-3 weeks.

How long is the average hire campaign?

6 weeks standard, which allows for photography and campaign launch.
